Obituary of Beatrix Louise Wetzel
Please share a memory of Beatrix to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Wetzel, Beatrix Louise (B. September 12, 2015) Beatrix passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her parents, Alexandria Murphy and Ross Wetzel, on November 4, 2015. Beloved granddaughter of Maryanne and Rick Wetzel and Joy and Bryan Murphy. In addition to her parents and grandparents, Beatrix is survived by her uncles, Brad (Kate) Wetzel and Patrick Murphy; her great grandparents, Tom and Judy Murphy; and her great, great grandmother Shirley Murphy, as well as many great aunts, uncles and cousins. Beatrix touched many lives in the short time we had with her. Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on, as she made a tissue donation that was accepted by those that were in need. “Love cannot be written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is it etched in stone, for stone can be broken. But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever.” She will always be with us, and she will always be loved. Her parents would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center NICU and CCHMC for their constant vigilance and tireless care. Memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes at https://www.marchofdimes.org/ohio/support_giving.html in heartfelt appreciation of their NICU Support Group. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 1 – 3 p.m. at Faith United Church of Christ, 6886 Salem Road, Cincinnati, OH 45230.To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Beatrix Wetzel, please visit Tribute Store
