Hoffmann, Joan E., 77, of Burlington, Ky. passed away January 28, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She worked for General Food. She is preceded by her Husband; Donald Hoffman (1998). Joan is Survived by Sons; David Hoffmann(Nancy), Donald Hoffmann (Elizabeth), Daughter; Donna Jarabek (Timothy), and 6 Grandchildren. Services were held at the Convince of the family. Hillside Chapel - Catchen Family Funeral Homes, Cincinnati assisting the family.
