Julie Bowen (Pelzel) died unexpectedly on Tuesday March 8th, surrounded by family. Age 66. Daughter of the late Joan and Ray Pelzel. Survived by son John Bradley Bowen (Anne), daughter Tina Stewart (Scott), and grandchildren Amanda Bowen and Emily Stewart. Sister of Raymond Pelzel (Kathy), Lisa Curran (Bill), and Dan Pelzel (the late Kathy) and several nieces and nephews.
Julie served as an Air Force nurse in Vietnam followed by a career in nursing.
Services will be held on Sunday March 13th at 2 pm at Marathon United Methodist Church, 5452 Marathon-Edenton Rd. Marathon, OH 45145. Please carpool as parking is limited.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
