BEAVER DAM-George Gregory Seelig, 62, of Beaver Dam died Saturday August 13, 2016 at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Greg was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late George and Zella Gregory Seelig.
Greg graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law and practiced law in Western and Central Kentucky. He was President of Missions of Love, a medical mission in Jolivert, Haiti and he was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church where he taught a men’s class.
Survivors include his wife Marilyn Montgomery Seelig of BeaverDam; 3 daughters-Sarah Seelig(Lorin Parker) of Covington, KY, Catherine Barnett(Tyler) of Louisville, KY and Rebecca Francisco(Eric) of Nashville, TN; a sister-Vickie Ensor(Donnie) of Louisville, KY; 3 grandchildren-Adalyn Barnett, Ian Barnett and Thomas Francisco; several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 20, 2016 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Shouse officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the church. The Family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Missions of Love-P.O. Box 292-Hartford, KY 42347
