Watters,Steven L.,68, of Cincinnati, OH. Passed away November 25,2016 at his home in Cincinnati. Steven worked as a Barber for the U.S. Miltary as a Civilian. He is survived by his Sons; Anthony Watters, Tim Watters, Daughter; Desiree Watters, Brothers; Richard Watters and 21 Grand Children and 5 Great Grand Children. Arrangements will be made at the convenience of the family. Catchen Family Funeral Home Assisting the family.
