Dallas is survived by her Husband; Regis Richards, Parents; Joyce Parks, Sandra Cummings, Darrell Richard, Son; Michael Dewayne Richard, Daughter; Adaleine Kinsey, Brothers; Demarkus Westbrooks, Ricky Westbrooks, Reggie Westbrooks, Reginald Westbrooks, Eddie Townsend, Tony Combs, Darrell Richard, Sisters; Martina Westbrooks, Mercedes Westbrooks, Renetta Combs, Misty Freeman. Services will be held at the Convenience of the family. Catchen Family Funeral Home, will be assisting the family
