Dennis is preceded in death by his Parents; David and Mildred Boothby, Wife; Sharon Boothby, Brothers; David Boothby, Michael Boothby. He is survived by his Son; Joshua Boothby and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
